Training for Your Employees
We have a team of OSHA-authorized Outreach Trainers who are certified to train employees and help reinforce important safety rules, regulations, and best practices. We provide clear instruction on how to recognize hazards, follow proper procedures, use equipment relevant to the required tasks, and safely perform work in industrial environments.
For confined space work, IS&R can also present guidelines on how to safely enter and exit the confined space your team is working in.
Rescue Plans
OSHA requires a written rescue plan before employees enter a permit-required confined space. IS&R can work with your team to create and write a rescue procedure that outlines a safer work environment and supports compliance with OSHA standards.
Standby Rescue Services
For projects that require additional on-site support, IS&R also provides standby rescue services. Our trained emergency responders are prepared to rescue and provide medical attention if needed, giving your team added protection during higher-risk operations.

Confined Space Entry Training
Our Confined Space Entry Training provides hands-on instruction for workers entering permit-required and non-permit confined spaces, including hazard recognition, air monitoring, PPE, entry documentation, and entrant, attendant, and supervisor duties.
Fall Protection Training
Fall Protection Training — Training on fall hazards, prevention methods, OSHA requirements, guardrails, harness use, anchor points, lifelines, SRLs, and lanyards.
Fire Extinguisher Training
Fire Extinguisher Training — Instruction on fire prevention, extinguisher types, evacuation planning, emergency preparation, and live-fire extinguisher use.
CPR Training
CPR Training — Hands-on CPR instruction for adults, children, and infants using American Heart Association standards.
AED Training
AED Training — Instructor-led training on recognizing sudden cardiac arrest and using an automated external defibrillator with confidence.
First Aid Training
First Aid Training — Workplace-focused first aid training for common medical emergencies, including bleeding, burns, fractures, allergic reactions, and more.
OSHA 10 & 30 Training
OSHA 10 & 30 Training — Safety training designed to help workers understand common jobsite hazards, OSHA requirements, and safe work practices.
Aerial & Scissor Lift Training
Aerial & Scissor Lift Training — Training for teams using aerial lifts or scissor lifts as part of daily operations.
